Call for Concept Notes - 2009 is now open and application forms are available for submission and due September 25, 2009. Please see more information on the Call for Concept Notes - 2009 page.

July 2008

The Forest Conservation Fund has shortlisted their applicants for Call 2008 and they are now going to be moving on to the next stage of the process which involves the development of the project proposal. Project proposal applications are due August 29, 2008. Please see the required forms here.

June 2008

All Forest Conservation Fund projects that have been funded, are highlighted and linked from the new Funded FCF Projects page. In addition, a new page, Call for Concept Notes - 2008 has been added that has all the information about the latest round of grants and who to contact about future grant opportunities.
Sound files describing each of the seventeen, 360 degree protected area panoramas are now available on the panorama pages in the Interactive Virtual Tour. These sound files were recorded with remote microphones and HDV camcorders in the field at the same time and place when the panorama photography was taken.
All the main pages of this web site in addition to all the Interactive Virtual Tour pages have been updated with new information and links. In addition, all the Conservation Network Center pages have been updated and Event and Resource input forms have been added. Please see the Discussion Forum page for information on new forum and networking opportunities now available.
